Go4Rent makes rent collection easier by helping ensure rental payments are processed and delivered to landlords in a timely and organized manner.Once the tenant has paid rent, funds will be deposited directly into the landlord’s specified bank account no more than five (5) days after payment has been received and cleared. For landlords enrolled in the Elite Tier, Go4Rent provides an even higher levelof payment predictability. With Elite, rent is deposited into the landlord’s account before the 1st of each month, helping ensure the landlord has funds in hand when the rent is due. This allows landlords to better plan for mortgagepayments, property expenses, HOA dues, insurance, taxes, and otherownership costs without waiting to see whether the tenant pays on time.

Re-Lease Protection
Re-Lease Protection gives landlords added support if a tenant defaults,skips, or must be removed through the eviction process. Once possessionis recovered, Go4Rent helps re-market the property, coordinate showings,screen new applicants, and secure a replacement tenant as quickly aspossible. This service is designed to reduce vacancy time, lower re-leasingstress, and help landlords get the property income-producing again.

Eviction Representation
Go4Rent will file the eviction in the proper jurisdiction and represent the landlord in court for qualifying non-payment of rent cases. When the case isbased solely on non-payment of rent and all requireddocuments are in order, the landlord generally doesnot need to appear in court.
